This is an apartment block containing 11 flats over 3 floors with a fun approach to form and materiality. Brick is used as the leading material as a node to the British owners of the development which then also pays homage to the form of English residential architecture. The pop of colours and extruding blocks are then used to give the design a fun element so that the students staying here can relate to the architecture and adopt this place as their new home away from home.
