We have been working with ilem group in defining an aesthetic tone for their new offices in Geneva. We have engaged with a wide range of employees to get under the skin of ilem and designed a workspace which is 'creative', 'culturally diverse' & 'fun'. 
The new space organisation helps:

- Connect frequently and informally across the office

-.Share more between Switzerland, France and Morocco offices

- Welcome customers into their space (which is their home)

- Inspire employees to create more

- Remove chaos: cables/fixed phones/existing furniture
