This apartment project, developed with “So Design,” consists of two residential blocks positioned on a sloped site. To follow the natural topography, each block is organized with split levels, allowing the massing to step with the terrain and creating a more grounded, site-responsive layout.

Each unit is designed as a two-bedroom apartment with an open-plan living and kitchen concept. On the façade, a more fluid architectural language shapes the balconies; these flowing lines continue inward, defining the circulation and forming the stair sequence. In order to achieve a more natural, breathable building character, we opted for an open-air circulation core rather than an enclosed staircase. This approach allows fresh air to pass along the shared circulation and reach each unit’s entrance, enhancing ventilation and a sense of openness throughout the building.
