THE OBJECTIVE WAS TO CREATE A STATE-OF-THE-ART CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTER WITH FLEXIBLE CLIENT AND VISITOR SPACES ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE 55,000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY. FOR A DYNAMIC, MULTIFACETED ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO MAKING SURE “ALL YOUR NEEDS WILL BE HANDLED WITH CARE,” A CULTURAL CHANGE IN THE WORKPLACE WAS NEEDED TO INTRODUCE NEW WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS. WITH NEW TOOLS (A MODEL BRANCH, COFFEE BAR, FLEXIBLE MEETING ROOMS) NOW AT THEIR DISPOSAL, EMPLOYEES HAVE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO TAKE CARE OF A DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE.
